Vintage Patek Philippe Platinum Pocket Watch Ref. 600 - Manual. Platinum ( 43 mm ) unpolished in original condition . Silvered dial with applied white gold baton indices. Pre-owned with leather box marked Tiffany & Co. Obtained 18 years or so at auction, only used twice since and kept in original leather sleeve in original box otherwise. Works beautifully. Most notable defect is a discrete mark where the back plate was removed by the previous owner. I have not removed the backplate as I don’t have the right tool and don’t wish to scratch the casing. This is not noticeable unless closely inspecting all angles of the watch. Have included photo for transparency. Will be sent signed and tracked. Insurance can be arranged but at buyers expense.
